Lawn Care & Maintenance
A properly maintained lawn is mostly about consistency: cutting at the right height, at the right interval, with sharp blades. We cut at 3 inches through summer — taller grass shades its own roots and crowds out crabgrass without chemicals.

Interlock & Hardscaping
Most failed interlock in Markham fails underneath, not on top. We excavate to depth, compact 6–8 inches of granular A in lifts, and use polymeric sand and proper edge restraint. It costs more on day one and nothing on year ten.

Garden Design & Planting
We design in layers — structure from shrubs and grasses, then perennials chosen so something is in bloom from April to October. Every plant on the plan is hardy to zone 5a or colder, so nothing on your invoice is a gamble.

Common Questions Before You Book
No. On-site estimates anywhere in Markham, Unionville, Thornhill or Richmond Hill are free, with no obligation. Design work on larger builds carries a fee that we credit back in full against the project.
Maintenance plans can start within a week. Interlock and larger builds book roughly four to six weeks out in peak season, and snow contracts should be signed before the end of October.
Yes — $5M commercial general liability, full WSIB coverage on every crew member, and we're happy to send certificates directly to your property manager or insurer.
We do — condo corporations, plazas, industrial units and multi-site portfolios across York Region, including documented salt logs for insurance purposes.
