How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us.
Textum Media ("we", "us", "our") is a web design studio based in Markham, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can access or delete it. We handle your information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels — see our Cookie Disclaimer for details.

Why we collect it
- To respond to your booking request and confirm a call time.
- To send you a booking confirmation email and, where relevant, follow-up communication about your project.
- To keep an internal record of leads and clients so we can deliver the service you asked for.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Third parties we share data with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business. Each only receives the information it needs to do its job:

| Cloudflare | Provides DNS and network infrastructure in front of our hosting. |
We do not currently process online payments through this website. If that changes, we'll update this policy to name the payment processor before it goes live.
Retention
We keep booking and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain accurate business records, and no longer than necessary for those purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your rights: access & deletion
Under PIPEDA, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information, unless we're required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.
Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative steps to protect your information, including restricting admin access to authorized staff and encrypting data in transit.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we collect or use personal information, we'll update the effective date above.
