We don't use tracking cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, does not run tracking pixels, and does not use third-party scripts (like Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) to follow you across the web. There's no cookie consent banner because there's nothing non-essential to consent to.
What we do use
Our staff-only admin panel stores a temporary sign-in token in your browser's sessionStorage so a logged-in session persists while the tab is open. This is:
- Strictly essential — it only exists to keep an authorized staff member signed in.
- Session-only — it's automatically cleared when the browser tab closes, and can be cleared any time by signing out.
- Not shared — it's never sent to a third party and isn't used to track visitors.
This is not accessible on any public page of the site — only on the internal booking-management tool.
If this changes
If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we'll update this page first and add a proper consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set — in line with PIPEDA's requirement for meaningful consent.
