What's Included

The envelope comes first, always.

Primary ensuites, secondary baths, and powder rooms all get the same standard: full waterproofing and substrate detailing with no shortcuts, curbless showers, heated floors, and quiet ventilation designed in from the start, and a vanity, mirror, and lighting composition treated as one design decision rather than three separate ones.

  • Full waterproofing and substrate detailing, no shortcuts
  • Curbless showers, heated floors, and quiet ventilation
  • Vanity, mirror, and lighting designed as one composition
  • Primary ensuites, secondary baths, and powder rooms
How It Works

A bathroom renovation, phase by phase.

The same waterproofing-first process, whether it's a powder room refresh or a full primary ensuite rebuild.

01
Phase One

Assess & Plan

We inspect the existing substrate and plumbing stack, flag anything that needs correcting, and confirm whether a curbless shower or heated floor is feasible within the existing joist layout.

  • Substrate and plumbing-stack inspection
  • Layout options for showers, tubs, and vanity placement
  • A written scope and budget range within one week

Phase Two

Design & Select

Tile schedules, fixture selections, and lighting come together as one composition, not a series of separate purchases, and you'll see the finished room rendered before demolition starts.

  • Tile schedule, fixtures, and hardware selected in studio
  • Vanity, mirror, and lighting designed together
  • Fixed-price contract before construction begins

03
Phase Three

Build

Full waterproof membrane and substrate work happen before a single tile is set, heated-floor mats and ventilation are roughed in early, and our own tile crews carry the job daily rather than a rotating cast of subcontractors.

  • Waterproof membrane and substrate work, inspected in stages
  • Heated floor and ventilation rough-in
  • In-house tile, glass, and finishing crews

Phase Four

Reveal

Glass, hardware, and heated floors are tested and calibrated before handover, and you'll leave with a care guide for every finish plus a two-year workmanship warranty on the waterproofing itself.

  • Final punch list, glass and hardware testing, deep clean
  • Care guide for tile, stone, and fixtures
  • Two-year workmanship warranty, direct line to your lead
