A little fire.A lot of soul.
Market-driven plates, low-intervention wine, and a candlelit room built for long, unhurried evenings — in the heart of Unionville.
We cook what arrived that morning.
The menu is written weekly around the market — from nearby farms, the coast, and our own herb garden. If it's on the plate tonight, it was in the ground or the water this week.

Sixty low-intervention bottles, poured by the glass, the flight, or the perfect pairing. Tell our sommelier what you love — she'll find your next favourite.
Slow embers. Sharp technique.
Most plates touch the wood grill. Nothing is rushed, nothing is fussy — just good ingredients, cooked with care and served without pretense.

How a home supper club became Markham's favourite candlelit table.
One long table, one changing menu.
Saveur started in Chef Camille's apartment — six seats, whatever looked best at the Saturday market, and a bottle passed around the table. Word spread, the waitlist grew, and in 2018 we opened the doors on Main Street.
Cook with fire. Pour honest wine.
We treat every guest like they're eating in our home. Nine of ten ingredients come from within 100km, nothing good hits the bin, and there's no dress code — just a warm room and a long, generous night.

Best enjoyed in person.
Photos don't catch the smell of the grill or the flicker of the candles. Come see for yourself.
